Everyone is amazing! I have high anxiety when going to the dentist, but Dr Fitzgerald & ALL of his staff were very attentive and caring, and I was actually able to relax for the first time in decades! They were very informative & for the first time I did not experience discomfort with sensitive teeth when getting teeth cleaned!

I was taken back for my appointment without any delays. I always feel like I’m a little part of a small group of friends who will always be close.

Very prepared from office follow ups, prep with insurance , to thoroughness of hygienist , and time spent with dentist... very pleased with all parts of service . Everyone was very kind and helpful. I absolutely adore the staff at Precision—especially Jacinda in the office and Dr. Fitzgerald—and could not imagine going anywhere else! I’ve been going to their practice since 2018 (after a five year gap in dental coverage!) and their team has been nothing but patient, understanding, and adaptive to my needs.

Before finding them in 2018, I was so nervous to get back into a dental office because of the work I knew needed done (multiple fillings and a deep cleaning) and the criticism I expected to get from the dentist. That was not a worry at Precision—their team paid it zero mind and have always been encouraging and informative about my dental health.

Furthermore, Jacinda in the office is always quick to respond to any appointment requests/cancellations that I make (even when I know it can be a hassle). They’re also always quick to get me in, which is something incredibly convenient in a dentist.
