For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders and major credit cards.

Payment Plans

At this time our office does not accept any form of payment plan.

We do accept Care Credit as a valid form of payment and we even have forms to sign you up for this medical credit card in our office.

 Discounts

To individuals 65 years of age and older we offer a 10% senior citizen discount with each visit.

For patients without insurance ask us about other available discounts.
